THE COMPANY:
A medium sized company operating in the building/construction industry as a major importer of Spanish tiles. Marbles, granites and sanitary wares is in search of suitably qualified candidate (NIGERIAN OR EXPATRIATE) to fill the position below:

POST TITLE:   Marketing Manager

THE PERSON:
The ideal candidate must be a Super Marketer, preferably a man: a “high fly/high powered” network/target driven individual who knows people and have contacts in the construction/building sector of the economy.


MINIMUM EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

    Minimum of B.Sc in Marketing, Social Science or related discipline,
    At least 4-5 years cognate experience in similar capacity in a reputable organization with a proven track record of a high driven performance,
    Must be capable of working under minimum supervision,
    Must have an excellent written/oral communication skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    He will develop and implement strategies to meet the company’s set target and profit benchmark,
    He will take initiatives for identifying potential clients and converting all prospects for the company,
    He will perform market share analysis/market research and identify improvement opportunities,
    He will manage relationships with dealers, wholesalers and retailers.
